Residential Outpatient Home-Based Services Educational MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS Our Level One Residential Treatment program is designed to assist youth with moderate to severe behavioral health issues. This may include substance abuse and addiction, mood and affective disorders such as Depression and Bipolar Disorder, Oppositional and Defiant Disorder, Reactive Attachment issues, and any other behavioral health issue causing significant deterioration in the youth's daily functioning. All Level One and Level Two clients attend the on campus, Marion Burton School. Our Level Two Residential Treatment program is designed as a step down from the more intensive Level One program. Youth referred to this program do not pose significant risk to themselves or others, and must be able to demonstrate greater independence and responsibility within the program. Once in the program, these teens have the ability to obtain part time employment, and off grounds schooling if they continue to maintain appropriate behavior and program levels. Our Scottsdale Time Out Program (S.T.O.P) provides assistance to teens and families in crisis. This is a three to five day residential program which provides teens with a safe haven in which to address family conflict. This is a voluntary program in which both the teen and family must agreement to participate. During the course of the program, the youth and family receive therapeutic counseling by a master level clinician and further treatment recommendations are provided. Families are also asked to arrange for school materials for the duration of their child's stay. Client's who pose serious risk to themselves or others are not eligible for this program. Our Diversion Domestic Violence and D.A.P programs are designed to work exclusively with client's of the Maricopa County Juvenile Court. Youth who are eligible for the Diversion program have received one or more domestic violence referrals. This 30 day residential program provides intensive individual and family therapy and addresses the conflict contributing to the family violence. This program may also be utilized by the Maricopa Juvenile Court as a detention alternative program. Similar to STOP, our Respite
Program provides a safe, time out for youth and families. Clients
involved with a Comprehensive Service Provider (Regional Behavioral
Health Authority or Tribal Authority) are ONLY eligible for this
program. All clients are assessed for program appropriateness. Respite
services are provided on site or in the home.
